The remakes aren't stopping with Resident Evil 3 and Final Fantasy VII Remake--2020 also sees the release of a 3D reimagining of 1995's Trials of Mana. There's more to this remake than a visual upgrade, however.
In the video above, we play through eight minutes of 2020's Trials of Mana to show off what the new game's combat and exploration looks like. Don't worry, we don't showcase any spoilers--if you haven't played the original game and want to go into the remake without knowing what happens, you're safe.
Starting off in a desert locale, we show off the combat style of three of the six playable protagonists, then go explore a nearby town. After that, we ride out to sea in order to reach an icy tundra that's full of more enemies for us to slay.
Trials of Mana is available for Nintendo Switch, PS4, and PC.
