Modern Warfare Remastered's new loot system is very similar to the Infinite Warfare's but differs in a few key ways. Most importantly, the new gear is cosmetic only so it doesn't affect gameplay. However, this does put Raven Studios on the slipperly slope that IW, SHG, and 3arc have all been unable to balance.
