To end our Video Game Movie month I take on the psychological horror that is Silent Hill for the PS1. Horror games have an interesting way to tying together storytelling and atmosphere to create a physical response, and Silent Hill took that to a whole new level playing mental games with you. Now the first Silent Hill doesn't have Pyramid Head in it, that's in Silent Hill 2. But what the first game does have is darkness. Darkness and lots and lots of fear that makes you keep moving, or rather, running.
