In the opening cinematic of Death Stranding we are introduced to Sam and the strange planet he is on. He serves a role as a Porter, who is in charge of delivering cargo to isolated areas. After seeing the vision of a woman, Sam crashes his bike and his cargo is scattered across the terrain.
