Today I'm swimming with endangered green sea turtles. As part of my visit to Cayman Islands for Gamers Bay, the Kimpton Seafire Resort set me up with naming & releasing a sea turtle. The Turtle Center has successfully begun to restore the population after global warming and light pollution drove them to the brink of extinction. They run a local conservation and education effort. In this video I also get to pet the turtles, film them, touch rare birds, and swim with the turtles!
