Sonic Colors (or Sonic Colours if you are from across the pond) takes a step forward in rewarding gameplay for a Sonic game. It stays true to the Gotta Go Fast nature of previous hit games but builds off of it by having the wisps introduce new ways to play. This was huge because of previous releases, a lot of people didn't trust Sonic games anymore. Was it gonna be fast? Or was it going to be something entirely different.
