This powerful weapon has been tweaked and refined over years of development to give Spacers a weapon that is incredibly powerful at long range, producing a form of thermal transfer and ionized gas explosion. If you are at the receiving end of one of its blasts, you won't be home for dinner, but you will be overcooked!
Tactically the only way to describe it in earthling terms is that it is close to a Barrett .50 Cal on steroids. Equipped with a laser dot sight, it is by far the most accurate weapon available and every skilled sniper's favorite. Its slow fire rate does not allow for too many missed shots, but that just adds flavor and tension to every shot you take, doesn't it?
